Our Client is looking for a Senior CDP to support the Head Chef in ensuring the efficient and effective running of their one rosette Gastro style Pub. They are looking for someone who is able to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is to company standard, and complies with food safety regulations, to assist in achieving budget. To help supervise, train and motivate the team and to comply with Company Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations
