Junior Sous Chef (St Andrews)
This Fife based, multi-unit property is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their rosetted-standard brigade, to create not only stunning food but help drive the business forward.
The role is within a large brigade as Junior Sous Chef, in which you will be responsible for your allocated unit in the Head Chef's absence. You will be responsible for service, health and hygiene standards, creation of menu's, training of the junior chefs, and ensuring that the standards remain very high.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Junior Sous or senior CDP level, preferably from within a restaurant environment. You will also have good leadership qualities, creativity and have a flexible approach to work along with commitment and passion.
No live-in is available, so residence or ability to commute to St Andrews is essential.
